Most studio portfolios are long because they count everything they have ever touched. Ours is short because it counts only work that shipped, still runs, and that we would be happy for you to go and use right now. Every link on this page opens something real rather than a screenshot of something that used to exist.

You will notice there are no invented statistics attached to any of it. We have no measured before-and-after figures for these projects, so we do not claim any. A fabricated percentage is the first thing a sharp client checks and the fastest way to lose their trust, so the pages describe what was built and what it does instead.

What the three have in common is that each one started as a specific problem rather than a request for a specific technology. A manufacturer needed overseas buyers to qualify themselves. A team needed the enquiries that website produced to stop getting lost. Someone needed to shrink video without handing confidential footage to a cloud service. The build followed from the problem, which is the only order that reliably works.

We take on a small number of projects at a time, deliberately. It is the reason this page is short, and the reason the things on it are finished rather than perpetually nearly-done.
